Our firm was set up in 1997 to offer employment tax services to a whole range of clients from one man limited companies to multinational plcs.
With the introduction of the IR35 legislation in 2000, we have also specialised in undertaking IR35 reviews for the contracting industry and offering independent IR35 advice to service providers, agencies and contractors alike. To date, we have carried out over 10,000 IR35 reviews and status enquiries.
We now have two distinct services:
- an IR35 service specifically for the contracting industry
- an employment tax advisory service for employers generally
Our consultants are former inspectors of taxes with extensive experience of working in the tax profession through the Big 4 accountancy firms. We are therefore able to offer a high quality personal service at a very competitive price.
